Questions payroll people ask.
Does it handle Pakistani income tax?
Yes. Income tax uses the FBR salaried slabs for the fiscal year, projected from July to June and spread over the months left, so raises and bonuses are absorbed smoothly. You can edit the slab table whenever the Finance Act changes.
What happens when someone joins or leaves mid-month?
Their payroll days are pro-rated from their joining or exit date when the month is opened. You can still adjust any payslip before you lock the run.
Can my accountant or a colleague use it too?
Yes. Add team members as payroll users or admins: one user on Free, two on Starter, five on Growth and unlimited on Business.
What if we outgrow a plan, or downgrade?
Upgrade whenever you need more employees or features. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted; the plan's limits simply apply again.
Is our payroll kept separate from other companies?
Every company has its own account, and every record is tied to it. One company can never see another's employees, payslips or exports.
